Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. While we follow a strict quality check process, in rare cases where you face any issue, we’ve got a fair and transparent return policy to help you out.

Items Eligible for Return

  • Product received is damaged or defective (must be reported with unboxing video).
  • Request is made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Item is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Clear photo/video proof of issue is shared during the claim.
  • Product is not part of a discounted, custom-made, or limited-edition sale.

Items Not Eligible

  • Innerwear, nightwear, or co-ord sets (due to hygiene considerations).
  • Products bought during sales, promos, or offers.
  • Slight color variations from product images (as screens may differ).
  • Sizing issues – kindly refer to our size guide before placing your order.

Return/Exchange Process

  1. Mail us at info@wholesaleadda.in within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order ID, unboxing video, and images of the issue.
  3. Our team will evaluate and respond within 3–5 business days.
  4. If approved, we will either arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or request you to self-ship.
  5. Once the item passes our quality check, we’ll issue store credit or exchange, based on your preference.

Refunds

As a small batch and made-to-order brand, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, eligible returns are credited as **store credit** valid for 60 days. This helps us maintain sustainable operations and deliver exceptional quality.

To ensure a smooth experience, please record an unboxing video when opening your package. This helps us resolve any concerns faster. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the above guidelines.
